Name of company/service: bharti airtel

I have prepaid airtel number. They have offered me to change your prepaid no. to postpaid with plan of Rs 149 in which 450 minutes & 400 sms will available to me in a month with call rate local on same network 30p & on others 40p & std 50p on any network. I have submitted the proofs & security money amounting to Rs 250. Now they are denying me to give the same plan as mentioned above & refusing to refund my money. Please help me & try to solve my problem as soon as possible.
