For Non – Srvice and hiding identity

Name of company/service: Tata Sky

I want to bring in your notice that some of tata sky employees in thane west hiding their identity while responding to customer query which poses a threat to security concern on my family members.

Secondly, I made a complaint on sunday 11.11 a.m with regard to not getting signal, since then even after 50 hours no suitable action had been taken by Tata sky to resolve my query.
Every time their call center accept my complaint and just given a complaint no. via SMS on my mobile, else no action had been taken by them and i m end with no TV channels enjoying since sunday, 08th july 2012.
