I stay in Udaipur Rajasthan and I had taken a sim of Reliance Mobile Number 9509325200 From Udaipur Sardarpura outlet.In the first bill itself they put wrong additional charges in my bill which they had not mentioned only,when I took connection. I felt cheated and therefore I went to Reliance outlet and told the customer care executive regarding the same,spoke to Senior Staff and Manager at Udaipur Reliance Sardarpura outlet but all the staff including Manager was very rude and they had casual attitude. I had requested them to either waive the wrong charges and I will continue using services or else discontinue services of this number. Yet they did not give any solution and kept my mobile bill on. I had then finally given application for disconnection of services. I asked for acknowledgement of receipt of my application but they refused to acknowledge. Suddenly after many months of disconnection application, I receive a call from Suchna Vibhaag at Chittorgarh Court saying that case of 420 is lodged against you and Rs.15000 claim by Reliance and you can sort this matter only by today 3 p.m by paying Rs. 750 ( amount due on above number )at Reliance and then give the payment details to Lawyer Ashok Gupta at Chittorgarh Court. This was when I was in Mumbai (very recently in the second week of June 2013) and it was raining heavily and my wife was suffering from severe pain due to stone problem (we have the reports of same). I was shocked and felt too much mentally harassed and victimised. I was afraid about what to do first and out of fear and to avoid any wrong consequences I decided to pay for now and fight later on regarding the same. I badly searched for Reliance store and paid the amount I was asked to pay,then I informed lawyer Mr. Ashok Gupta, Chittorgarh Court (where the complaint was lodged as my billing and permanent address was of Chittorgarh).I told him that it is me who suffered and on top of that I am being tortured and made scared of severe consequences. I feel This is not justice. Only Consumer court Forum is where I trust now for the solution.
