Respected Sir,

With reference to the above, I Shri Bharat Chandra Maji, S/o Late Tarapada Maji, residing at Mrityunjoy Housing Complex, ITI Ambagan, Muchipara, Durgapur-12, presently posted at SBI GOGHAT Branch as BRANCH MANAGER.

After sanctioning of advance for Rs. 3.40 lacs from SBI RBO-II, Chinsura, I made an agreement with Asmi Tours ‘N’ Travels for making a tour programme wef 28/10/2012 to 13/11/2012 for 4 persons at Gujrat for 7 days ( Ahmedabad, Porbandar, Dwaraka, Somnath & Diu etc.) and Far East for 10 days ( Bangkok, Singapore & Kualalumpur) dated on 12/09/2012, as a tour cost @ Rs.43500/- + USD 790 = Rs.87000/- per person, Total Rs. 348000/- for 4 persons and made an advance of Rs.250000/- through two cheques (Receipt No. 279 dated 12/09/2012) and handed over the 4 Nos Passports to Shri Chanchal Karmakar for issuing Multiple entry Visa for the Malaysia, Singapore & Thailand country.

A verbal agreement made, he will hand over me the all types of Air, Train & bus tickets and multiple visa & our 4 Passports for Gujrat & Far East Tour with in 15/10/2012 and balance amount of Rs.98000/- will be paid by me at that time.

After that, due to some reasons the above mentioned tour programme changed dated on 18/09/2012, which will starts wef 23/10/2012 to 09/11/2012.

For your kind information, Mr. Karmakar unable to hand over me any type of documents for Gujrat & Far East Tour on the 15th Oct’12. On that day, he again verbally promised to deliver the same in the next day ( i.e 16/10/2012). After that day, I could not connect with his Mobile No. 9332531710, only he send a SMS dt 20/10/2012 for delivering all necessary papers in the next day (i.e 21/10/2012).

But he handed over me dt on 22/10/2012 only two Air Tickets for 4 persons, one for Kolkata to Ahmedabad for dated 23/10/2012 and another Rajkot to Bombay for dated 28/10/2012. Again he promised to handed over the all Far East Tour documents along with 4 Passports after reaching at Bombay.

After completion of Gujrat Tour dated on 28/10/2012, on the way to RAJKOT Air Port, the Travel car driver denies to go Rajkot Air Port, due to non payment of Hotel Bills & Car fare total Rs.25000/- in connection with Gujrat Tour by my Tour operator Mr. Karmakar. Then Mr. Karmakar requested me to pay the same and he promised to credit the same in my A/c No-30206249994 dated on 30/10/2012, but he did not keep the promise.

After that, we arrived at Bombay, but Mr. Karmakar again failed to deliver the 10 days Far East Tour Air Tickets, 4 Nos. Passports & Multiple Entry Visa papers with in dated 31/10/2012.Then he again assures us, he is making the same Tour programme with in 4th Nov’12 and after that, he again switched off his Mobile.

On the 5th Nov’12 he declares that, he is unable to making the Foreign Tour programme and purchased our return Air Tickets with Indigo 6E 325 at 19.55 to Kolkata. through SMS at 12.01 pm, but he again fails to keep the promise.

After that, I consulted with our controlling office for canceling of my LFC, Our Regional Manager Mr. Bhar verbally sanction the same and advised me to liquidated the advance amount of Rs.340000/- with in 10/11/2012. Then we returned to Kolkata by purchasing 4 Nos Air Tickets by cash Total Rs.35808/-

For your kind information, I have cheated total amount of Rs. 310808/- only (Rs.250000/- + Rs.25000/- + Rs.35808/-)

For that, I am requesting you to take necessary action to recover the said amount as early as possible to liquidate my advance amount taken for LFC at an early date.

    MR. BHARAT CHANDRA MAJI ( SBI RBO-II, Chinsura ) forces me 3.40 Lacs Amount bill to him. For submit mr Maji LFC Bill . and bank paid 3.40 lacs mr Maji . But I am not agree mr Maji Game . so start mr maji new game.

    Chanchal Karmkar is a big chater. He has also cheated me. He borrowed money from me for creating capital for his tour & travel business 5 years back which is still unpaid. Ofcourse in security He has given me post dated cheques and a signed stamped documents. But when ever I try to remind him on mobile, he doesn’t pick up my phone. His intention is malafide.
    I feel that legal action is only the way to teach a lesson to Mr. Karmkar.
