For action against Credit Card Fraud

Dear Sir,
On 01/06/2018, A lady called me saying that for redeeming my Credit card rewards points, I have to share My Credit card Number, Date of Expiry, and CVV Number through IVR process.
As per her words, I unfortunately give all the details and lost Rs 20000 from my Credit card Account.

So I deeply request you to consider the Matter and refund my money back through any means.
