Sir,
My camplain no.-0923DL1583, IMEI-911249550819511, Model No-UBISLATE7C+
I purchess a akash data wind tablet on 17- AUG-2013. It has some problem like hangging, MMI code error or invalid, Networking problem,etc.

I had given Tablet to service center on date 23/09/2013. They told me that your tablet will repair or change in one week. But today is 04/10/2013 not delivered to me. But device not properly working, because of same problem.Then they told me you can come after 10 days and take your tablet. Then I go after 10 days . They shown my device. But device not properly working,device had same problem. what can I do?
please! solve this problem as soon as .

Dear sir,

i don’t think that you service is good .you say that you will be contact with in 48 hrs .
but right now there is no one call coming from your side .
i think that we do some thing other solution like consumer forum to submit my complain .

because my tab is approx 20 days in your services center. after 20 days your will not solved my problem.
that by we do some next step.

i think you will understand my problem.
and also this is my last mail for you.

i don,t know what are u doing with my tab approx. one months . i thick we should go to consumer forums.
Don,t thick that i only requested you .if you not contect with in 24 working hours. Then i register the complain in the consumer forums.
