fluctuated service of D2H connection during even light rains in mumbai, comstomer care not providing proper service.

i bought Videocon D2H HD connection on the month of April 2012. after one month i recharged my D2H account for one year subscription for full HD package. as of now service has been good, but as soon as it has started to rain in Mumbai connection gets scrambled due to rain and dense clouds. though it is light showers it affects the service. i called on the customer care service no. i asked them to resolve this problem as we paid for the service and must get get scrambled service during monsoon. the associate replied that is a technical problem but we could not resolve it! that does means that we would get such scrambled service for monthly 600Rs. no other service brand receivers like Airtel DTH or TATA SKY are facing such problems.
