FlowerAura one of the worst e-companies I have dealt with so far. Not only did fail to deliver my mother’s day flower but have failed to give me a refund till now.
I have been calling them since Mother’s day but still no clear reply. Every time its a new person without any knowledge of my complaint. I have to explain everything all over again and the standard reply I get from them is that we will get back to you by today evening. That call never comes.
Yesterday I spoke with a Manager, Mr. Satish Varma. He too confirmed that he will get back to me before 7PM. That time came and went.
I want people to be aware of this fraudulent company.
