Hi, I have order flowers and teddy for valentines day on 13th feb I paid them about $30 and they said your is accepted and we deliver it by tomorrow and they straight away deduct money from my card but on 14th feb they send me email at 10 pm night when it almost finish that they could not deliver your item and now they are not giving me refund and they spoil my day n at this time I cannot arrange anything else. Very disappointed. Please help me because I read review about that site now they are doing this to Many other people. They are fraud. Hope you will help me.
