Flipkart phone purchase, phone is problem

I am order nexus 6P 07/04/16 to flipkart and delivered 08/04/16. phone used 09/04/16 .first day phone is problem. phone over heating problem, software not working properly,phone light problem, third party application, share problem, and display light,i am return request flipkart 11/04/16 to 25/04/16 . Flipkart many more question to me.
Flipkart one executive Mr. Venkotes Prasad Misbehavior.Please pick up the phone and my my cash refund my account.Phone normal temperature 48 degree and phone temperature 58.5 degree. screen shot attach.
So phone problem many more problem please solved. and return my nexus 6P as soon as possible.
