I bought a Godrej referigerator worth RS 9199/- from Flipkart ( Order number OD20610210510) and 2012. The fridge was shipped on 14 June 2012. There were some technical with the referigerator that surfaced later. I filed a complain, they sent their technician but few days back the problem surfaced again. The fridge can be replaced within 30 days of shipping and I want to replace it. But Flipkart customer support is not at all supportive. They are saying they will again send the technician to check the problem whenever I am calling them. I am afraid they will pass the 30 days time like this and then I will not be able to replace the fridge. Please help me out in this matter.
