Name of company/service: Flipkart.com
Ordered books worth INR 3900 on December 2012 from www.flipkart.com. They delayed more than 20 days to deliver the book and on 31-Dec-2012, I cancelled the Order.
They said (as per policy), it takes 7-10 business days to refund the money.
Now, it is more than 10 business days and money is not credited back to me.
Later, when I called them, they said, Due to System bugs, the Order did not get cancelled and Cancellation request will be treated as 11-Jan-2013 and asked me to wait again for 7-10 business days to get my money back.
But, my Bank has charged me the money since Flipkart.com failed to credit back within the stipulated date
