FLIGHT WITHOUT PILOT

I had traveled in Jetkonnect Airlines from Chennai to Tiruchirapally on 10.09.14 and the scheduled departure was at 19.40 but however without any intimation the flight was delayed and it departed by 20.15. The delay was not due to any technical or weather condition. The First Officer of the flight came late and hence the delay. During the Check in the counter staff refused boarding even though I was available in the counter before 45 minutes of the scheduled departure and after questioning they allowed me. Even at the boarding gate passengers were urged and at last we all waited in the flight clueless. There was no prior intimation on the delay of flight. Hence I need a compensation for the same.
