This is with regards to the policies a site named happyeasygo is claiming about the refund process.
I have booked flight tickets worth Rs. 80,000 from this site and due to some family emergency, I will have to cancel all these tickets.
They are returning me back only around Rs.1000 for the 80,000 that I have paid while booking. They are claiming all the remaining 79000 as the cancellation charges.
Could you please look into this and provide your inputs as they are looting the Indian public in names of company policies.
Your help would be highly appreciated.
