Two years back I have deposited a sum as fixed deposit to M/s New Indian express(Madurai)Pvt.Ltd.based
on their advertisement in their newspaper.The deposit has got matured during 1st week of july and i have surrendered it to the above company well in advance to refund the amount with the interest applicable thereon.Even after the lapse of one month they have not repaid it to me. As i am urgently in need of money I have made several telephone calls to them and there is no response.
I don’t know how to get it back from them. I have not expected such a lethargic attitude from the administration of the above company. I wish to launch a complaint to the concerned company about this and it is not possible to me as there is no details available about the availability of complaint cell. So I wish to share this bad experience with general public with a view to create awareness.
