First Experience, Worst Experience

Location/place: Jaipur

I bought a 300 litres Refrigerator a week back and it stopped working ever since. First, there was a defect in the lighting system which could only be resolved after atleast 10 phonecalls each to Videocon as well as Next (Retail Dealer). The reps even charged for the bulb that they had to change for a 1 week old fridge. Now, the Freezer doesn’t work. I have been trying to contact them but EVEN THEIR TOLL FREE NUMBER DOESN’T WORK JUST LIKE THE MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPANY. I feel cheated and will never buy or let anyone known buy their products EVER. I request you to please look into the matter at the earliest and take corrective action. I hope to get justice.
