I had received an offer through HDFC and paid for Polo watch from Firangi store. Since last 3 weeks, status is shown “processed” online. Calling their helpline number is of no good since no one replies.
There are multiple fraud cases against this company as found going through complaints posted on line. Sincere Request to consumer forum to please deal appropriately & stop such well articulated cheating method.
