File Missing in Passport Cell, PSK Bhopal

Location/place: GWALIOR

Name of company/service: Passport Seva Kendra, Bhopal

Myself Vinod Kumar From IIITM Gwalior my passport File Number BP1060809554813. I have applied for Fresh Passport on 04-feb-2013 at PSK Bhopal and Police verification is not completed yet at my present and permanent address. My current status on Passport Seva website is Showing “Pending for physical police verification at your respective Thana under SP Office, District Gwalior”. after That I was visited SP Office at Gwalior, My respective Hazira Thana, and Passport Cell at Gwalior but My file is not reached at these places. The member of Passport cell Gwalior said that not only my file is missing but also file of all the candidate who applied in between 01-feb-2013 To 10-feb-2013 are also missing. The file of my friend Dheeraj Paroha (File Number BP1060818631813) and Kalka Dubey(File Number BP1060809900013) is also facing the same problem.
So i am kindly requesting to you to solve my this problem because i have to go abroad foe presenting my M.Tech paper next month.

Please Solve my problem as i have some urgent work related with Passport.

I am really very depressed with Passport Seva Kendra, PSK Bhopal…..

    THIS IS WHAT THE CONDITION WITH ME. I TOO APPLIED FOR TATKAL PASSPORT ON 14TH FEBRUARY 2013. I HAVE GONE THROUGH ALL THE FORMALITIES APPLICABLE FOR TATKAL PASSPORT BUT TILL DATE I DIDNOT RECEIVE MY PASSPORT. WHEN I VISITED PSK BHOPAL AND REGIONAL PASSPORT OFFICE AT BHOPAL, THEN CAME TO KNOW THAT MY VERIFICATION IS PENDING. I WAS ASKED TO CONTACT AT SP OFFICE GWALIOR. FROM SP OFFICE I WAS ASKED TO MOVE TO PASSPORT CELL GWALIOR AT HUZRAAT KOTWALI. MR. AWASTHI WHO SITS IN PASSPORT CELL GWALIOR TOLD THAT YOUR FILE IS MISSING. YOU HAVE TO AGAIN GO TO BHOPAL FOR THAT. THEN AFTER SOME BR*** HE DOWNLOADED THE FORM ONLINE AND ASKED ME TO CONTACT LOCAL THANA AT GOLA KA MANDIR. THEN AFTRE 5 DAYS VERIFICATION WAS DONE . BUT NOW ON 23 – 08- 2013 STILL MY POLICE VERIFICATION IS NOT SEND TO PSK BHOPAL OR REGIONAL PASSPORT OFFICE. I HAD TO JOIN A JOB THERE IN SINGAPORE. NOW I AM HOPELESS AND CURSING MY FATE AND INDIAN SERVICES WHICH WALKS LIKE SNAIL.
