dear sir /madam
I m vineet chawla from jaipur Rajasthan ,i bought a shoe on14.4.13 from the fila store in pink square mall jaipur but within fifteen day the sole of the shoe started to tear then i gave the shoe to the store for replacement but the rejected it by saying it is not genuine and not a manufacturing fault but i told them that the sole is very soft and is tearing just by hand but they told nothing can happen.
so i mailed it to the customer care but after sending 2 mails then a person named pravesh khanna mailed me that hi would look into the matter hi told me to send the pics of the shoe then there was no reply from him the on 16.8.13 i again mailed him he told that he would assign some one for the inspection as he is out of town and would come by 20.8.13 but till 23.8.13 there was no reply i again mailed him he said to give him my phone number and he would be in town on 25.8.13 and he would meet me but he didn’t meet me and i got to know from the store that he was in town .i again mailed hi that this is not right behaviour so on2.9.13 hi again mailed me that your shoe cannot be replaced .i asked him you didn’t even saw the shoe and how come you can say .he said i have seen the pics i told him i had mailed you 25 days before how you r saying this to me you were supposed to visit the store but hi told i have seen it though mail.
i called the store that i want to take legal action on fila so the told me to that we will talk to him personally so the store gave me mr pravesh number i.e09711147775 i called him up his behaviour was worst and was not ready to hear any thing else hi to told me i have taught many things to many customer and literally shut the phone in between the talks.
plz get my shoe replaced and teach mr pravesh such a lesson that how to talk to a customer .He used lots of bad words also. he mostly mailed me in capital letters i.e he is shouting at me.
