Fictitious Bill

Location/place: barrackpore, kolkata

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

Dear Customer Care,

This is regret to state having Tata Docomo Number 9230102227, already mailed you on 30 Mar 2013 for surrendering tata docomo connection, prior to mailing, I was running pillar to post to surrender customer care personnel called me many times initially I was visited South city mall, they directed me to park street from park street again they redirected me Basodroni, from Bashdroni , they given me mail id for mailing for surrender . Finally some one call me up for paying the balance…ultimately one told me pay Rs.750/- your all dues will be cleared…Last 6 months I have never used the dongle, how they forward the fictitious bill. Today from customer care having no: 9830119548 used filthy language….You pls chk from the records why this situation never happened earlier, is it the way to behave with customer…
