Fiat Service-Mumbai

Dear Sir,
I have been a loyal Fiat customer for several years. I bought a Palio 1.6 Petrol MH 01 DA 6907 and a Petra 1.9 Diesel MH 01 NA 2950 against all advice when the brand was still finding its feet in India and had innumerable problems). I still have both cars. Thinking that the brand had been established and hence all its problems had been resolved, I bought the Linea again against all advice. I have begun to regret doing so because of the shoddy was in which I have been treated and the abominable service.
I had sent the car for a paid service to Torrid Motors Andheri on May 23, 2014 and to resolve the following issues as mentioned in my attached mail.
1. Window winders (rear were changed) now all 4 windows are giving trouble infact the drivers side window does not wind up or down.
2. Horn does not work efficiently, I have complained numerous times on this issue but it has not yet been resolved
3. Noise from the under carriage still not resolved feels loose and vibrates over bumps.
4. Still having problems with the remote key.
5. Boot button inside the car not operating properly.
I have been in touch with Esskay Motors- Ms Vaishali and have mailed her the Fiat extended warranty on my Fiat Linea T-Jet plus MH-01 AX 4316 delivered on June 14, 2011. But till now there has been no response to my complaint. Why is such a reputed international brand such as Fiat failing to meet basic customer expectations in India.
I trust that you will understand the spirit in which I have written this letter. I have been a loyal Fiat customer for several years (both the cars I owned before the new one were Fiat and I still have them). In fact, I chose Fiat against all advice at a time when it was still establishing itself in the country and had teething issues. This is because I believed in the product but my experience with my new car has shaken my faith, to say the least, and even led me to question my decision.

I hope that your immediate intervention will restore my faith in Fiat and I look forward to hearing from you expeditiously.
