Respected Sir,
I (Divyesh Lathigara)had given my mobile “Samsung Galaxy Young” for service under regular warranty period without any kind of user fault to servive Station for repair purpose for a minor fault occured in the Mobile. However Fees for Repair of the same have been charged by the service station. Moreover, without any requirement the service station has deleted the Mobile applications & Contact details installed in the mobile and has refused to reinstall them giving reason that the servicer receiver should take a backup of the applications before giving the mobile for fromat purpose. However the Mobile was not given for format purpose but for the purpose of repair of the Speaker switch.
I Request you to take necessary action against the service station for reinstallation of my Mobile applications & for the reeimbusrement of the amount spent for the repair of the mobile paid as per the Bill.
The Address of the servive Station is as mentioned in the name of the company/srervice category.
