Dear Sir/Madam,
My wife Vinaya has registered for the ‘Post graduate diploma in clinical research and pharmacovigilance’ course in ICRI Hyderabad in the month of March 2012 (which has tie up with the Accenture India).We have been informed that this course curriculum is for six months which means it should have been completed by October 2012.I have paid INR 1.0 Lakh for the course fee.However the classes did not happen as promised by ICRI Hyderabad.
ICRI have discontinued their operations and almost all of the employees in Hyderabad branch had resigned. Please advise how to proceed for a legal action against them. And also, how far I’m eligible for refund of fee?
