fee refund

i take the admission in b.tech in CMJU Silong,Himachal Pradesh through the Finess Instituts of Management & Technology but now CMJU are close in fraud and investigating by CID.
CMJU director are arrest.
i paid the first intallment 50000 .
now i want to my fee from institut but they are says we refund but cut some money.
please help me.
