I got registered for niit swift excel course at niit malviya nagar . fees was paid in cas rs2500.they told me they would inform me about the class. After few days ,since I received no communication from them, I went to office and asked about class. Staff there had no idea.
They asked me to come after1-2 days. Next day I went and asked to refund my fees.they said it is not possible as nobody forced me to come and join that institute.
Hopefully u will help me get my money back or get me certificate with the course material
