sir, CRESENT EDUCATION named distance/ regular study centre of SHOBHIT UNIVERSITY has received the necessary document from me in March, 2014 to take admission in EMBA course saying about that in the month of June, 2014 i’ll get the result and he received rupees 22000/ for the course( which is more than the original fee which is rupees 20300/) without providing any receipt of fee. he always ignored my question about the result by saying that it will come in next 10 days, or in next week or in next month. after five months he said that because of some reason ur form was not admitted and it will be admitted in next session of 2015-16. when I called on the university provided the no. on SHOBHIT UNIVERSITY website then I got that the course is over and not continuing in any session. when I talked he refused and not ready to refund the fee and ignoring as saying that the exam will be conducted in December, or January or February, 2015. after these he has not given any proof of admission to me. please do something. he is wasting my time and money.
