we have send a courier to our customer by Fedex Air but they guys providing so poor service..
we have booked our courier at 20th-Sep-2014 but they guys reached to the our customer after 25 Days..
we are online seller and we have our Online shopping website, online payments rules are if customer not receive there product within 7 working days or Maximum 10Working days so payment will automatically refund in there account… i have send the Courier by Air Cargo but here i have lost my Client because payment has been refund to the customer and deal was canceled and customer was refused to receive the Courier after 25days… i have lost my Client , my Payment what i have paid 1800/- for Air Service, and my Profit 2000/- Total: 3800/-
and still we are waiting for the RTO Still 10Working days but there are no buddy responsible to send the RTO back to us…
i want my loss amount 3800/- + My RTO Within a week..

if we not get any response to post at consumer forum site so we will file a case against Fedex in the court .. but we always believe at consumer forum ..
please help us to receive our Damages Amount and our RTO
