Fed up with services of Yepme

Hi,

I have booked a product(11312411) in yepme.com on 26th dec,2014. There are no details provided by them regarding the shipment, after i contacted them they told me that product has been dispatched on 28th through speedpost. Till 30th dec,2015 the product was not trackable in speedpost site. on 31st they updated that the product details that they booked speedpost on 31st, 2014 after my call to the customer care.

In the site they mention that we can cancel the order even after dispatching the order but they didnt provide the link for doing the same.

How can we stop these kind of e commerce sites from cheating the customers
please do help me
