Faulty Water Purifier

Purchased Aquaguard Enhance last year on 9th Jan’13…on 7th Day of purchase the Unit stopped functioning & since than we have complaints almost 5 times & also mentioned that the Water seem to be not filtering properly & even the taste is not good, but found no solution. Now, since three days, Unit not filtering Water & when the respective Company’s Engineer came for inspection after we Intimated the complaint, the Engineer after inspection informed us that the Unit’s Filter Barrels has been bypassed & only working on single barrel of filter. We also requested them to replace the Unit but never agreed by the company even after so many problems with the Quality of Unit. And more over, now they are suggesting us to fix some motor costing 3000/- & Filters costing 1700/- & some RO kit costing 7000/-, instead of giving us the right solution of replacing the faulty unit under Warranty, they are suggesting us to put extra cost on accessories. Request your kind guidance on the discrepancy & get the right appropriate solution on the lapses & ignorance of Companies Services.
