FAULTY UNIT SAMSUNG SPLIT AC

EVER SINCE I BOUGHT THE SAMSUNG AC IN MAY 2011 MODEL AS185BSD 5 STAR 1.5 TON SPLIT, THE AC HAS BEEN GIVING PROBLEMS.
FOR 1 YEAR I KEPT COMPLAINING WITH EACH COMPLAINT REGISTERED AND RECORDED.
I HAVE A TOTAL OF 14 COMPLAINTS IN 1 YEAR.
AFTER THE WARRANTY ENDED THEY STARTED GIVING CORRECT SOLUTIONS AND NEVER ACCEPTED THAT FAULTS WERE FROM THE BEGINING,
HELOW!! 14 COMPLAINTS FOR SAME 2 OR 3 ISSUES AND THEY STILL DONT ACCEPT THEUNIT WAS FAULTY.
WE HAVE AGAIN FORWARDED COMPLAINTS TO THEM WITH PICTURES.
OUR AC FORMS ICE IN THE INDOOR UNIT.

IT WAS A SHAME THAT KOHINOOR TELEVIDEO ANDHERI WAS UNABLE TO HELP US AFTER HAVING SO MUCH TRUST IN KOHINOOR AND AFTER BUYING SO MANY PRODUCTS FROM THE ANDHERI BRANCH AS WELL AS THE DADAR BRANCH. EVEN AFTER MULTIPLE REQUESTS AND FOLLOWUPS NO ONE CARED TO CALL OR HELP.

I HAD TO FINALLY WRITE TO THE CEO OFFICE OF SAMSUNG FOR HELP. WE WAITED AND WE GOT CALLS FROM VARIOUS PEOPLE THEREAFTER.
MR MAKHDOOM (AREA MANAGER) WHO IS CURRENTLY HANDLING THE CASE.
MS RUPAL (SECRETARY OF HEAD OF SAMSUNG MUMBAI)
MR REHAN (HEAD OF VISION CENTER MUMBAI)
MR TUKARAM (HEAD OF KURLA SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER)

ALL OF THE ABOVE KEPT ASKING THE PROBLEMS AND THEY KEPT ASKING FOR TIME. ALL OF THESE PEOPLE WERE AWARE AND SAID YES THE UNIT DELIVERED WAS FAULTY. STILL I HAVE TO PAY 50% OF THE REPAIR CHARGES AND REPAIRS THAT I AM SURE WILL NOT LAST LONG. I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS OF A PRODUCT THAT WAS FAULTY SINCE THE VERY BEGINNING. THIS IS HOW CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE NO TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE OF A PRODUCT ARE TAKEN FOR GRANTED.

I HOPED FROM SOME HELP FROM KOHINOOR AT LEAST; SINCE THE UNIT WAS PURCHASED FROM THEM!
I MADE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE IN MY LIFE OF SPENDING MY HARD EARNED MONEY BUYING THE SAMSUNG SPLIT AC.
I WISH THAT THEIR SALES PEOPLE WOULD HAVE NOT MISLEAD US INTO BUYING SUCH A PRODUCT FROM SUCH A COMPANY THAT HAS 0 AFTER SALES SERVICE.

I AM SHOCKED AND STRESSED AT THE SAME TIME REALLY A BIG MISTAKE.
AS A FINAL RESORT I HAVE TO PAY 50% CHARGES OF THE REPAIRS FOR WHICH I AM SURE THEY WONT LAST LONG.
I HAVE SPENT A TOTAL OF 20,000/- OVER AND ABOVE THE COST OF THE SPLIT AC OF RS 26,000/-
