Faulty supply

I purchased Super Bright LED Solar Lantern @ 399 against order no. S801127904. I got the product on 22-Jan-2016 in damaged condition. I immediately informed them, I got a reply on 24 Jan 2016 saying that I should send the item back within 4 business days. I asked if they could collect it back as others do but got no reply yet. Please do the needful.
