Sir,i had purchased a smart tab from karbonn company and from day 1 i have had problems like hanging and lagging,the 2 service centers here are hopeless,every time i give them the unit for service,they take up almost a month,the last time i gave the unit for service,they took 1 month and said that they had replaced the motherboard,but same problem is there,they even spoilt my perfectly working charger which was left with them in their service center,then they took another 15 days to replace with yet another faulty charger,when i was waiting there,i noticed that all customers with complaints were shown attitude by the head of service there by name mr tabrez,he never picks calls and the numbers they provide to us dont work and the timings of the service center are not punctual,its mentioned 10 AM,but they open by 11 or 12 causing working people hardships,i am irritated and frustrated to the core as i had to visit there many times and yet i have had no results,at least they could have replaced the unit as i think i have wasted my hard earned 7000 rupees and my valuable time…
