FAULTY SMART PHONE

I HAD PURCHASED A NOKIA XL SMART PHONE FROM CROMA SHOWROOM AND WAS ASSURED ALL LATEST APPLICATION WILL RUN ON IT

BUT THE MESSAGING APPLICATION WHATSAPP IS NOT WORKING WHICH NOKIA ACKNOWLEDGES TOO BUT WANT ME TO WAIT TILL THE TIME THEY RECTIFY THE ERROR FOR ME TO USE THE APPLICATION

THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO CHANGE THE HANDSET EITHER CROMA OR NOKIA
