FAULTY SET UP BOX

Location/place: CBD BELAPUR, NAVI MUMBAI

DEAR SIR,
MY CABLE OPERATOR HAS TAKEN PAYMENT FOR CABLE AND ALSO FOR IN CABLE-SET UP BOX. BUT SINCE LAST 20 DAYS IT IS NOT WORKING.
I TRIED TO CONTACT MY CABLE OPERATOR AND ALSO IN CABLES FOR THE SAME PURPOSE.
MY CABLE OPERATOR IS TAKING THE CALL BUT NOT SPEAKING FROM OTHER SIDE.

WHILE THE IN CABLE SERVICE PROVIDER HAS GIVEN CUSTOMER SERVICE NO. WHEN YOU DIALED THAT ANY TIME YOU WILL COME TO REALIZE THAT IT IS ALWAYS SAYING THAT OUR CUSTOMER EXECUTIVES ARE BUSY….

SIR WHAT SHOULD I DO IN THIS CASE.
