FAULTY REFRIGERATER

I ARUN TYAGI BOUGHT A REFRIGERATER ON 29-09-11, WITH MY SON’S NAME MR. ANIRUDH TYAGI WHICH COSTED ME RS 33200/- FROM HARI OM RETAIL PVT LTD,88 & 90 HUDSON LINE.MALLROAD.NEAR METRO STATION GATE NO 3, NEW DELHI-9.FEW DAYS LATER I HAD SOME ISSUES WITH IT,I FOUND CERTAIN PROBLEMS LIKE EXCESS COOLING AND REPEATEDLY MOISTURE OCCURING IN THE VEGETABLE BOX.THEN I BICAME FED UP AND FILED A COMPLAINT TO CUSTOMER CARE ON 08-10-2011.AFTER THAT THEY SENT ENGINEERS BUT THE PROBLEM WASN’T SOLVED.I WASN’T AT ALL SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE,AS A RESULT I DEMANDED THEM TO REPLACE IT WIHT THE NEW ONE.AFTER THAT I GOT A CALL FROM COMPANY TO CONTACT MR. VIMAL(AREA MANAGER)(PH NO. 9582315527,9810407491)FOR REPLACEMENT SAKE.WHEN I CONTACTED HIM HE TOLD THAT AT PRESENT WE DONT HAVE THIS MODEL IN THE STOCK AND TOLD TO WAIT FOR SOME TIME.AFTER CONTACTING HIM AGAIN AND AGAIN HE TOLD ME THAT YOU’VE BEEN USING THIS REFRIGERATER FOR QUITE A LONG TIME,WE CAN’T GIVE YOU THE REPLACEMENT,THEN THEY SENT ME A LETTER ON 06-03-2012 TELLING THAT YOUR REFRIGERATOR CAN’T BE REPAIRED IF YOU WISH THEN WE’LL REFUND YOUR MONEY BACK.BUT AT THAT MOMENT PRICES OF ALL REFRIGERATERS BECAME HIGH.I BOUGHT IT IN THE OFFSEASON DISCOUNT.AND CANT AFFORD TO SPEND MORE ON THE SAME,THE NEW ONE.AS USUAL I CONTACTED THE COMPANY AGAIN AND STATED MY PROBLEM IN FRONT OF THEM ON WHICH THEY AGAIN TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR AROUND 20-30 DAYS ,AS SOON AS THE NEW ONE COMES INTO OUR STOCK WE’LL REPLACE IT.AFTERWARDS WHEN I HAD CONVERSATION WITH COMPANY THEY TOLD ME TO TALK TO MR. VIMAL.AFTER WHICH MR. VIMAL SAID WE CAN’T GIVE THE REPLACEMENT TO YOU AT ANY COST,DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO,AND FURTHER SAID THAT COMPLAINT ANY WHERE YOU WANT WE ARE LEAST BOTHERED. I HAD NO OPTION BUT TO USE IT AS IT IS BECAUSE OF WHICH THE REFRIGERATOR COMPLETELY STOPPED WORKING.I REALLY BECAME FED UP AND MADE COMPLAINT TO COMPANY AGAIN AFTER WHICH THEY VISITED AND FILLED SOME KIND OF GAS IN THE COMPRESSOR EVEN THEN IT DIDNT WORK.AGAIN THEY CHANGED FUSE IN THE FREEZER BUT ALL WATE STILL IT DIDINT WORK.AGAIN THEY CHAGED SOME PCB CARD AS EXPECTED IT DIDNT WORK,THEN AT LAST THEY CHANGED THE SWITCH WHICH DIDINT WORK EITHER.THE COMPANY SAID WE CANT HELP YOU WITH THIS AND FOR REPLACEMENT THERE ARE MAKING STUPID EXCUSES.BEING A COMMON MAN I’VE MANY THINGS TO DEAL WITH.SIR I’M REALLY FED UP WITH THIS.BECAUSE OF THIS ME AND MY FAMILY IS SUFFERING AS ALL THE FOOD ITEM GETS DAMAGED AND SPOILED.MANY TIMES BECAUSE OF THIS I TOOK LEAVE AND SUFFERED ALOT AT WORK AND AT HOME AS WELL.I FEEL COMPLETELY HARRASED.THEIR CARELESSNESS HAVE RESULTED ME TO SPENT THOUSANDS OF MONEY JUST LIKE THAT.WHOM I SHOULD ASK FOR CLAIMING DAMAGES BECAUSE AS BEING A COMMON MAN I FEEL WEAK IN FRONT OF THEM.PLZ HELP ME SIR SO THAT JUSTICE CAN BE DONE TO ME.
