Faulty Product Send and not replace

Dear Sir,

12/03/2012 I was Book product Mini sewing machine from Naptol . Order no 3561277 .
this Machine was faulty . I return to them for replacement on 12/05/2012 through Blue Dart (AWB: 13567398014).
today 13/07/2012 . Naptol is not replacing this faulty machine nor contact with me till today.
