Hi,
I bought the product as mentioned below and received an used, faulty one. Even complained but no satisfactory answer.

My phone has a warning on top that says “Removed SD Card, Insert a new one.” Called Naaptol Customer care a couple of times and every time they say to wait for 48 working hours. Since the SD Card reader is not working the mobile is as good as just receiving and making calls. No functionality seems to be working. Even connecting to the PC and MAC, device does not shows up. They have not provided any bill also. I have seen many complaints regarding Naaptol with this specific product and I feel trapped as one of them. Appreciate if you can help me in this regard and moreover if this company should be dragged to the court.
