have bought Godrej interio kitchen prodcut in the Month of April 2011 and the product was defective and regsitered complaitns/various mails from the day one.Spoke to everyone responsibile and inspite of having various written/telephonic commitements the same has been dragged till today . The only people left to talk/communicate is the CEO and the chairman of the company !!!!.(i wish i could do that). Holding valid/sound commitmentment and agreement on faulty product supplied .(given by the people responsible(throuhg mail).) My question is
a) Can i register a complaint throuhg consumer court.
b)How do i get compensation for the trauma whcih i have gone throuhg.
c) how do i get gauranteed for the after sales as installation itself is pathetic.
d)How to make people responsible accountable for such engligence. .
