faulty product from ” SNAPDEAL”, not giving proper response.

I ordered a cellmate portable battery from www.snapdeal.com in the month of march, when i received the product it was not working .i requested the sanpdeal customer service to change the product (request no.1781757). they asked to me reverse the product and the will send me another product. after some days i received another product which again was not working.this time i asked the to refund me the amount ,they said they cannot refund the amount as it is there policy. i again send them the product for replacement on 9thapril, they saud they will call me within 48 hours, but they never called. when i inquired about the product they said they r talking with the vendor and will let me know within 48 hours. again they never call me, finally i called them on 19th april,and tha manager said he has not yet received the product.
from last one month i have been calling the but there is not final solution in my case.
please help me by looking into the matter .
