Faulty product delivery

Hi,

I have purchased a mixer-grinder of Merphy Richards brand(Model – Divo Essentials 2 jar) through shop.hdfcbank.com which was delivered through the merchant KNOWSYS E-COM pvt ltd. But this product seems to be a faulty one since from the 1st day I got problem with the motor. After a number of complaints the mechanic came for checking and changed a part. After running one week, the motor gave the same problem again.
Therefore I think the model is either an old one or a faulty one which should be replaced with a brand new product.
