Name of company/service: indiatimes shopping

I have purchase a laptop from indiatimes shopping on 24th June 2013 which was delivered on 2nd July as faulty. As suggested by indiatimes support, i had contacted the local service station for its verification. The service station confirmed that the product is faulty. Even after multiple follow ups with indiatimes there is no response / replacement yet. Ther e is no escalation matrix to get any support…
