Hi,
I have bought Hawkins Heavybase pressure cooker(2 litre) on 12th November 2017 from dealer of Hawkins in Agra- Steel corner C-78 Paliwal corner Kamla Nagar,Agra.
In the very first week of use, its safety wall burst. I went to shop,the person was very rude and charged me for another safety wall.
Again after a month, its safety wall got burst and again after 15 days its gone.
In 3 months I have got changed safety wall thrice.
What I have discovered is thatwhenever I prepare leafy vegetables in cooker, it get burst.
When I prepare same vegetables in other pressure cooker of prestige, nothing happens.
If I goto that shopkeeper, he starts arguing with me and charge me everytime I go.
I am frustrated with Hawkins now.
Please get it exchanged!!
