I bought a new Nokia Lumia 520 phone for Rs10,000 from an Mobile Store outlet in July2013.The first time I tried to open the back cover, following the instructions given in the user manual, the touch screen cracked up!!
Despite being in warranty period, this damage is not being addressed by Nokia Care. Now I have to pay Rs2800 for a new touch screen.
Since several others consumers have faced similar issue with Nokia Lumia 520 model(plz refer below mentioned link), Nokia should recall the handsets and compensate the users for the damages due to the faulty product design.
