I ordered moto g on 27 dec from flipkart. I received it on 29 dec 14. After few days i found that the phone is hanging very frequently and for long time even after updating software same problem persists so i requested for replacement on 9 jan to flipkart as they have 30 days replacement warranty, they told they will contact.they contacted once listened my problem then said they will contact soon but since then they didnt contact even after i mailed them repetedly. On 30 jan they rejected my request saying that it already crossed 30 days. So they are completly fooling their customers. Please help…
