Faulty mobile phone from flip kart & asus

Am srinivas recently purchased asus zen phone 5 worth of 10,000 on 18/03/15 at flip kart ,from day 2 phone starts up heating up rapidly even for 15 minutes of browsing the battery back up is very poor i had charge for 4 times to keep mobile in stand by mode i had raised compliaint to flip kart still theres no action in replacing my phone please do the need ful.
