Faulty micromax funbook

Hi,

I bought Micromax funbook on 24th June 2012 from Matrix (Add: 52, Main Vikas Marg, Shakarpur, Delhi). After using it for 2 weeks I felt that the battery is not working properly and window is shutting down automatically without giving any backup. I went to the Micromax service center R. K. Technologies (Add: DA-3 Sai Complex, Shakarpur, Delhi) for the solution and they informed that the battery is faulty and need to be replaced
immediately. Hence, I submitted my funbook on 14th July 2012 and they issued me the acknowledgement followed by job sheet no. “SALDL024R”. They asked me to come after one week to collect the same.

After one week I went to the service center and Mr. Rahul (Representative of Service Center) told that the Funbook is not ready and we will get it after one week. Since 21st of July every alternate day they are calling us at service center to collect and when we are going they says that the Micromax is not having sufficient manpower and hence he has sent his local engineers to sit at the main service center of Micromax and repair the sets.

I called customer care many time to complaint about the issue but the Job sheet no. written on the receipt is incomplete and hence cannot track. I called Mr. Rahul to provide me the
correct job sheet no. and got to know that they have submitted the Funbook manually at center on 26th July and hence dont have the complete job sheet no.
I dont know how to track this further as no one is giving the correct information. It is almost a month and I want my funbook back at the earliest.

This ridiculous behavior of service center people shows the credibility of Micromax. As a organization, If you can’t serve your customers better on time then you have no right to
sell your products. It is our mistake that we trusted Micromax and invested our money.
