Iwas shocked to hear from the meter reading boy on18/11/2015 when he told the meter reading showing was10962.703. and was told the bill would be around 10,000/=.i called the cutomer care where i was told that madam is helpless.I am retired govt school teacher staying with my son,daughter in law and two years granddaughter.a family of three adults and one kid with simple living having no parties can in no way consume this much of gas which any human being can understand.
my humble request to you is to look into the matter immediately and to relieve me of the mental agony im going for the last one week.
i tried at all the complaint receiving cell nos but could not get any.
non payment of the bill should not go against me.
kindly do the needful at the earliest.
