Faulty material received, no reply from the seller, customer care number not valid.

I have purchased 2 products from Groupon.com, the received material was faulty hence the second order was cancelled by me via e-mail.

The complaint was registered on the companies e-mail address but i didnt get any response from them, the customer care number available online is also not valid.
