Panasonic refrigerator replacement
I have bought the refrigerator of the reputed company called Panasonic India. and during the guaranty period the machine was out of cooling due to gas leaked problem. So i complained to the authority call center. They repair the machine and its working fine but again after six month gas was leaked and cooling was down so i again complained, they repaired and after seven (7) day they give me back the machine. Now after 2 years of purchase again and again gas problem occurs. So i called the call center and tell them to replace the machine. The complaint date is 21/8/2014.And till the date they do not respond at all.So i decided to complain the case to the consumer forum …..
