I’ve purchased a 24″ LED TV Of LG company from Great Eastern Trading Company,Baguiati Bracnh,Kolkata-59,West Bengal on 21.07.2013. But, I’ve not been able to wath the TV not for a single day because the picture is getting green & hazzy. I’ve lodged a complaint on 3.08.2013 & the engineer visited my place on 4.8.13 . After examining the TV set, they told me that it is the problem of tv parts. I requested them to replace my TV but they didn’t respond. They assured me to replace the part within 24 hours but it is not yet been done till date after my several calls. Even the behaviour of the service centre head Ms Roychowdhury is extremely dissatisfactory.Have I done any mistake to purchase LG product????
It’s my request to you to please find the matter and take stern action to solve my problem
